Our client, a multinational with a worldwide network, has instructed us to recruit a Senior Privacy & Data Protection Lawyer for their Brussels office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience with, or ability to understand, most of the following: the EU General Data Protection Regulation and other relevant EU and US legislation; interactive marketing technologies; new technologies and internet of things; financial services and payment industry, EU credit laws, privacy by design, artificial intelligence, blockchain and crypto-currency. Experience negotiating contracts required. EU law degree is required. Excellent English is a must. Any nationality.
