Recruitment is a very necessary yet time-consuming process, one which is increasingly entrusted to recruitment professionals. Our goal at Kanoff Legal is to partner with you and, in doing so, to build strong, long- term relationships.
While we have extensive knowledge of the Brussels legal market, we recruit for a broad spectrum of legal clients, and have achieved vast experience recruiting at every level, both in-house for multinationals as well as entry through equity partnership, including entire teams, for international and national law firms.
As recruiters we begin each search by listening carefully to your recruitment needs so we can use our best efforts to match your requirements with candidates which will meet, if not exceed, your expectations.
Although we have substantial expertise placing candidates with a large variety of law firms, we are always eager to learn as much about your firm as possible. This knowledge allows us to remain current as to your firm’s particular practice, both professional as well as cultural. We consider ourselves good listeners as we count among our clients virtually every international firm doing business in Brussels.
Once we have a profile, and before introducing potential candidates to your firm, where possible, we meet the candidates face-to-face. We believe that meeting in a relaxed setting allows us to form a more reliable assessment. We are convinced that our efforts to really get to know our candidates result in precious time-savings for both our clients and candidates.
Finally, while we are primarily contingency based, we also undertake retained-search assignments at highly competitive rates.
