UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY : IN-HOUSE ANTITRUST LEGAL COUNSEL

Our client, a large successful multinational company, has instructed us to recruit an Antitrust Legal Counsel for their Zurich office.

Key responsibilities of the position, among others, include: (i) implementing company’s antitrust compliance program; (ii) providing strategies and solutions for various competition law issues; (iii) maintaining relations with regulators; (iv) enabling M&A activity of the company by analysing antitrust issues and finding solutions.

The successful candidate will have a law degree and the following skills: (i) Technical skills: extensive experience in competition law and policy gained in both a highly rated law firm and as an in-house counsel; (ii) Languages: excellent English, additional languages would be appreciated; (iii) Soft skills: a team player with excellent negotiation skills, business mindset and ability to work at an executive level.
