Interested in Legal Recruitment? We are urgently looking to hire a Junior Legal Recruiter to join our team and assist with the development of our ever-expanding base of clients and candidates.

Our preferred candidate will have the following:

Experience: 

• Experience in administrative support, recruitment, in a law firm / with legal affairs, as a paralegal, or similar;
• Excellent written and spoken English (French, Dutch, or German a plus);
• Strong IT knowledge.

Personal skills: 

• Quick learner;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Discretion, loyalty, and trustworthiness;
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and candidates;
• A sense of humor and a passion for people.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Contacting and meeting with (potential) candidates and clients;
• Working with highly confidential information pertaining to the legal sector, specifically in Brussels as well as elsewhere;
• Liaising between clients and candidates on a daily basis;
• Working with and updating, on a daily basis, our recruitment database;
• Participating in the preparation of candidate files;
• Assisting with search and selection of candidates.
