SENIOR PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION LAWYER

Our client, a multinational with a worldwide network, has instructed us to recruit a Senior Privacy & Data Protection Lawyer for their Brussels or London office. The successful candidate will have expertise which includes but is not limited to all (or some) of the following: strong focus on EU General Data Protection Regulation and other relevant legislation, financial services and payment industry. Law degree is required. Excellent English is a must. You will be expected to ensure compliance with the new GDPR by, among others, identifying new requirements, training employees about new legislation. We are seeking a motivated team player who is also a self-starter. Experience can have been acquired as an in-house counsel; with a data protection/privacy team in a law firm; or from a public institution.
