Our client, the Brussels office of a well-respected international firm, seeks to recruit a senior lawyer specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions and/or Banking & Finance to join its successful corporate practice. Their corporate team represents a broad spectrum of public and private businesses, is globally integrated, and their lawyers manage multi-jurisdictional transactions throughout the world. The successful candidate speaks perfect English and some Dutch. Title and compensation will be based on seniority and portable business. The new hire, able to demonstrate both interest and ability to develop clients will also benefit from the well-established network of the firm.
