Our client, a large, successful multinational company, has instructed us to recruit an Antitrust Legal Counsel for their Zurich office.
Key responsibilities include (i) implementing company’s antitrust compliance program; (ii) providing strategies and solutions for various competition law issues; (iii) maintaining relations with regulators; (iv) enabling M&A activity of the company by analysing antitrust issues and finding solutions.
The successful candidate will have a law degree, approximately 3 to 6 years’ experience in competition law (with law firm or in house), excellent English, team player with excellent negotiation and communication skills, business mindset and ability to work at an executive level, and, last but certainly not least, a passion for competition law!
