We are seeking to add a talented, highly motivated Legal Recruiter to our dynamic, collegial team. At Kanoff Legal you will meet, interview, coach and assist outstanding lawyers in finding their dream job. Additionally, you will assist highly-regarded international and national law firms and companies to build their successful and award-winning legal teams.

The ideal candidate:

• has a law degree or experience as a recruiter dealing with legal profiles (a law degree from Belgium appreciated);
• has excellent spoken and written English (Dutch and/or French a plus);
• is a self-starter with a solution-driven approach to business;
• possesses strong communication, organisational, and IT skills;
• is a multi-tasker, team-oriented, strategic planner;
• is trustworthy and discrete;
• is able to source the best legal talents on the market and develop close working relationships with clients and candidates;
• last, but not least, we are looking for a team member who has both a good sense of humor as well as a passion for people.
