Our client, the Brussels office of an excellent international firm, is seeking a junior German qualified lawyer with 0-3 years’ experience in EU competition law. The successful candidate will have good State Exam scores (this requirement could be somewhat flexible assuming good practical experience with a reputable competition practice). Excellent English is a must and an LLM is an advantage. The new hire will focus on EU competition law, including merger control, cartels, abuse of dominant position and State aid.
