Our client, a FORTUNE 500 Company, headquartered in the US and leading manufacturer serving a broad range of end markets including transport, aerospace, and consumer goods, with thousands of employees worldwide, seeks a LEGAL COUNSEL WITH A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE (with law firm or in-house)to join its European legal team. REQUIRED:EU law degree, substantial general legal expertise which includes multi-jurisdictional commercial law; excellent English and excellent French. Your responsibilities will include drafting, negotiating, reviewing and advising oncommercial contracts, providingsupport torelevant trade actions and compliance issues within a fast-paced, international atmosphere.
