Our client, Gilead Sciences, one of the largest and fastest growing biopharmaceutical companies in the world, has instructed us to recruit a Business Conduct Manager, BENELUX, for their expanding office in Diegem, Belgium. This new role will focus, inter alia, on ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and Codes of Practice. The ideal candidate is a smart, creative, confident self-starter; with a “can-do” attitude having experience supporting a business compliance function, preferably in the life-science/pharmaceutical industry. Native level Dutch, excellent English and good French are required. A law degree (Belgian and/or Dutch), while highly appreciated, is not an absolute requirement. Responsibilitiesinclude assisting with Business Conduct activities in the Benelux; establishing rules/processes for affiliate interactions with healthcare professionals; administration of compliance related committees; safeguarding transparency; supporting/coordinating local, self-regulatory body notification procedures as well as affiliate compliance communications; and cooperating with other functions in both the Belux and Netherlands affiliates.
