Required: minimum 6 years’ experience in some of the following areas: consulting, systems integration and outsourcing; negotiating IP issues and ability to manage large volumes of transactions; outstanding negotiation skills and excellent English with native French and/or Dutch, managerial skills. IT experience is preferred. Responsibilities: to include drafting and negotiating contractual agreements, managing transactional documents.
