EUROPEAN COUNSEL FOR INTERNATIONAL COMPANY

Your main duties will include drafting and negotiating contracts; researching and analyzing various legal issues,rendering opinions, coordinating and assisting in representation of the company in legal disputes; managing outside counsel, including developing strategy for complex cases.The ideal candidate possesses reasonable business and commercial sense, with excellent negotiation skills, and is solution driven and efficient. S/he is conversant with laws and practices in Europe and speaks fluent English, Dutch and French. Previous in-house experience would be an advantage.
