Recruitment can be a very time-consuming and complex process, one which is increasingly entrusted to recruitment professionals. Our goal is to partner with you and in doing so, to build long term, working relationships. We have extensive knowledge of the Brussels legal market and have experience recruiting  fee earners at every level: entry  through equity partnership, including entire teams.

How We Work  

  • We begin by listening to your recruitment needs so we can use our best efforts to match your requirements with profiles most closely matching your needs.  Although we have extensive expertise placing our candidates with the Brussels offices of international firms, we are always interested to learn as much about your firm as possible, so that we can remain current as to your firm’s particular needs, both professional as well as cultural.  We consider ourselves good listeners as we count among our clients virtually every international firm doing business in Brussels.
  • We operate on a “no cure no pay” basis. This means that you will owe us a fee only where you engage our candidate.
  • Where possible, we meet our candidates before we provide you with their CVs. We believe this opportunity to meet in a relaxed setting allows us to form a more reliable understanding of the candidate and thereby reinforce our decision to send (or not to send) a particular CV. We are convinced that our efforts to really get to know our candidates result in precious time-savings for both our clients and candidates.
