Ronni Kanoff began her professional life as a concert violinist. A  graduate of the Juilliard School, NYC, Ronni was engaged as a first violinist with L’Orchestre de Chambre Jean-Francois Pailliard, Paris.

Deciding to change the focus of her career, Ronni returned to the US where she earned a Juris Doctor, joined the New York bar, and practiced law as a litigator in New York City.

In 1984, Ms. Kanoff relocated with her family to Brussels. After working as a lawyer for several years, Ronni became aware of the need in Brussels for a professional recruitment firm specifically geared to the Brussels legal  market.

In January, 2003 Ronni opened the Brussels office of AM Legal. In 2008 Ronni opened her own firm, Kanoff Legal, in order to continue, on a more independent basis, to serve her clients and candidates.

Viktoria Bard, a Hungarian lawyer, joined Kanoff Legal in early 2008, after an extended traineeship in DG Comp. Now, in her 4th year as a recruiter with Kanoff Legal, Viktoria has acquired a thorough knowledge of the Belgian legal market and enjoys excellent client and candidate contacts.

Having received her MA, cum laude, from ELTE Law School, Budapest, Viktoria began her career as a commercial lawyer in a prominent Hungarian law firm. Having also studied in Denmark and New York, Viktoria is fluent in several languages.
